Special consideration has been given to people with less mobility.  This starts with ramped access to the property, grab rails in the bathroom, remote controlled lights and fans in the lounge and bedrooms and lowered light switches.  All rooms are accessible from a wide corridor.  Access to the nearby supermarket and general surroundings are on the level.
